I just love this piece! It is an antique vanity...but would be great as a desk too. Here is an antique spindle chair...there are 8 spidles on the back of this chair. Very sturdy...no wobbles! Doug found one of these doors behind an antique store in the trash...it had some damage. He repaired the damage, found another antique door and we painted them a barn red, distressed the heck out of them and hinged the two together. We also replaced the doorknobs with nice vintage ones and hung a vintage hook on one of the doors. I use it behind our woodstove in the living room to add a bit of color and whimsy!
